Hence, we do all efforts to improve your experience with our company. Our return and refund policies are straightforward. If you want to exchange or return your order for a valid reason, inform us within three days.
If you find out your parcel or boxes damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate by consulting our team and freight company. If the issue is at our end, the boxes are then exchangeable. Also, you can claim for the exchange if the order is not according to your specifications. You will find us highly collaborative at every step for whatever issue you are facing.
We cannot refund or credit but can proceed with the order again as per your demand if we made the mistake. To get the reprint of your order, you must submit the information again. Also, you must submit documenting and digital prints for reprinting of your order at your own expense.
We work with flexible rules and regulations to support our clients at every phase. Hence, we request collaboration and understanding behavior from you in such circumstances. Remember, that you can cancel the order within 3 to 4 hours after placing it. If the printed work is started or your order is shipped, you have no right to cancel the order. Otherwise, you have to pay the cancellation charges. CBB is not responsible for the shipping costs related to the product’s exchange or return.
Make sure to provide us accurate information related to the shipping address, printing, and customization. We have a full record of your provided specifications however you cannot claim anything outside that after the order is processed.
